Exchange & Refunds


Refunds are only offered in the case of a manufacturing fault.

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.


We want you to love our products and enjoy your shopping experience with us. However we understand that mistakes can be made when you cannot try the garments on before buying. If you are not happy with your purchase we offer store credits only for purchases made on our website, you can then reorder your correct style, colour and size. Please note that there may be slight discrepancies with colour and  patterned fabric( including lace) due to bulk production. This cannot be avoided, and we try to ensure the product advertised is a close match as possible.

Alternatively you have six months to use your store credit on other items. Please note: that we cannot make any exceptions for a refund due to your item being out of stock. We receive new styles and stock every couple of months, we ask that you respect our policy when purchasing at Giselle & Sophia. 

If you require an exchange please email, where you will be issued an exchange slip. Store credits will be issued within 3 to 5 business days upon receiving the original items.

Please note: We do not supply return labels. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

Items must be in original condition and must not have been altered, worn or washed. All tags must be attached. All garments are despatched with attached tags. If the tag is removed the item no longer qualifies for a return.

Any garments that are returned to us with makeup or fake tan or any other markings or stains will be refused. Garments that have been damaged in any way will also be denied a store credit.

Giselle and Sophia reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not apply within our returns terms and conditions. Australian customers to qualify for an exchange must ensure it is within the 10 days of the purchase. If for unforeseen circumstances this cannot be met you are required to email  If items are received outside of the 10 day timeframe they will not be accepted and will be returned to you. 

Return shipping is at the customers expense.

Return Process

If you are requiring a return please email .A exchange slip will be emailed to you, please fill in the returns slip and post it back with your item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as Giselle & Sophia is not responsible for returns that are lost by Australia Post.

Overseas customers please email if you need advice on how best to ship your return from your country.

A store credit will be processed within 3-5 days of receiving the returns parcel.

Store Credit:

  • Store credit can only be used at
  • Store credit cannot be transferred to another person
  • Please treat the store credit like cash
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months
  • Store credit is issued in Australian dollars
